Adejuwon

Mr. Adejuwon Adenuga is an Estate Management graduate from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Oyo State, Nigeria.

He established ADENUGA AND COMPANY, a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers that render real estate services involving Valuations, Property Management, Leases, Sales, Purchases and Real Estate Development.

He developed a strong interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He studied Arbitration and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration in the UK (CIArb). He also trained and became a certified Mediator.

As an Arbitrator with the Nigeria Branch of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he served as Public Relations Officer, Member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of Arbitration Schemes Committee that prepared the Nigeria Branch Rules to guide the Arbitration of Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSME). The Rules adopted the use of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).

He was Head of Faculty of Arbitration, Conciliation and Expert Witness in the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers during which he prepared Practice Statements and Guidance Notes for Estate Surveyors and Valuers engaged in Dispute Resolution activities.

He is a Board Member of the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA) in Nigeria.

He is listed as a Neutral with the Lagos Multi-Door Court House where he is a very active Mediator.

His passion about Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is driven by the desire for easier access and use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), by operators in the Micro, Small and Medium sectors of economies.
